Some Things To Keep In Mind

Parents need to know Paper Camera is a super hip and fun way to add effects to your photos before or after you take them. The interface — though sketchpad-style cool — has icons that may be confusing at first. Younger kids might need a little guidance to avoid frustration, and you may want to supervise older kids posting to share sites or sending photos via email. Facebook login allows the app to access the user’s public profile, friend list, and photos if the user agrees to the prompt.

Paper Camera is a Photo & Video app that is designed for those 10.  The app has an overall rating of 4 out of 5 and a learning rating of 3 out of 5.

Paper Camera is available for $.99-$1.99 On The Following Devices:

iPod Touch

Kindle Fire

Our Thoughts on the Level of Engagement:

Effects are flexible and fascinating, and kids will certainly have fun experimenting. The interface is visually appealing but not always intuitive, especially for kid users.

The Support Level for Paper Camera is about a 3 out of 5.

Hardly any instruction, and what little navigation there is can be a bit confusing. Button icons are sometimes vague.
