Q: i just got xbox live for my birthday im using a wired router but for some reason my xbox wont find the ip address. i tried every ip address the people that made my router said but it didnt work any1 know what to do? ps. im not very smart with computers so please explain if u know what to do
A: try connecting your 360 directly with the modem, if it works, you need to call the router manufacturer for help or you can reset it. If it doesn't work...well maybe your ethernet cord is bad, switch it out, still nothing? well maybe bad xbox ethernet port.
