Q: Ok, so I need help on this...My husband is getting frustrated with it and driving me crazy! lol Any time he tries to play a downloaded movie, song, or anything else, all it does is hang with a blue spinning circle in the middle of the screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? Tried calling Microsoft help center several times and they were useless. They couldn't speak English very well, and therefore couldn't understand it very well either!
A: microsoft is useless about everything huh? well, how long did you wait? it shouldnt be more than a minute. maybe reset it, remove the hard drive, try it again, etc. hope it helped :D:)
