Q: I have a monthly xbox live gold membership that I have to pay with my credit card.And I just basically want to cancel those monthly payments to pay it with the pre paid codes, because I don't want to continue with this problem.( Canceling each time I don't want to use the month to play on Xbox live)
A: Easiest thing to do is to call xbox support and tell them this, because they can remove the credit card from your account, and it will let you buy membership when you feel like it... that solution will not affect your settings/rank. If you don't know the number it is toll free and 1800-4MY-XBOX
