Q: my dad works for Endo Pharmaceuticals and his company makes him use a Zyxel router for security purposes. Well when i sign onto live it says my NAT is Strict. I can't seem to get the psw to my router to change the settings. is there a way to get another router and basically bypass that piece of shit? i doesnt seem like those guys are willing to hand out my user name and psw
A: So does your dad have the password to the router? Ask him. If not ask him to ask them to let you change settings or bring it in so they can do it. They should be willing to let you change that if it affects your internet. However there is no other way. BUT..... I assume the router has some sort of "reset" button like most every other router. If you hold that in for like 10 seconds it should clear all settings and reset to the default password and login. BUT only do this if you are prepared to deal with the consequences of wiping the settings on the router!!!!!
