Q: i have a warranty but i went ahead and reported it to xbox360.com. They said that they would send me a box to put my console in, and then send it back to them. Was this the right choice, or should i have gone to gamestop (where i bought it in the first place) and let them tell me what to do? ahhh i'm so confused
