A: You can sue MS but court costs is going to end up costing you a whole lot more than just sending it back to MS for repairs. You're suing for 300/400 dollard. Lawyer's fee, filing documents, making copies, etc. is going to be more than 300/400 dollars. I guess you can sue for thousands of dollars for mental anguish because you had to do away with the 360 for several months.
