Q: I need a new power brick. I'm in Korea so I'm going to order it over the web (probably amazon.com). My broken brick says 100-127V-5A. The model number is: DPSN-186CB A Do I have to get the same model or are they interchangeable? Thanks
A: Get one from Microsoft. No one sells the official one and all of the knock offs are terrible. I've heard of them melting and destroying the system. The warranty is also void if that happens with a third party power brick.
