A: 1500kbps(1.5Mbps) download and 256kbps upload are the recommended speeds for xbox live so you should do fine. As long as the ping stays under 1 millisecond most multiplayer games won't disconnect you. The bare minimum speed needed to connect to xbox live is 64kbps download/upload.
