Q: my friends who have the regular one say they are one there 3rd xbox.my friends with the elite say it never had a problem.so deos it get the red ring of death?
A: Hi, Yes you can still get this problem on the Elite however it is far less common. The reason is that the Elite has a different chipset in so this helps things a little bit. About 1 out of every 15 Elites get the red rings. Hope this helps!
