A: Then your Campus router or gateway is misconfigured. You need to contact the campus' network administrator to set up the router to allow larger MTU's for Xbox Live. Also, you need to know, that you are probably behind a campus firewall. This means, you won't be able to connect to other players, that are behind a firewall, too. Again, this is a situation that only the campus network staff can solve for you.
