Q: My dad has an xbox 360, and while technically it's his, I use it more than he does. I've been playing for quite some time now and, although I currently do not have xbox live, I plan to get it soon, which leads me to my question: Is it possible for the regular xbox 360 profile that I have to become an xbox live silver or gold account? As many could probably guess, I want the same account due to my gamerscore and number of achievements, which are 4345 and 191 respectively. A: Sign in using your account (the one you want to go LIVE) On the XBOX Live Blade select Join XBOX Live When asked to pick a gamertag, there's an option to use your existing account, select that and your account will be upgraded to an XBOX Live one and you'll keep all your progress
