Q: OK, i have a PS3 and i dont pay nothing to play online, why is it that i hear that you have to pay 50 dollars a year to play on xbox with people unlike the PS3 which is free to play with people onlin, i dont get this.. please if someone can explain to me how it works help me because im tired of this PS3 network its terrible and my internet connection is very fast and perfect but wen im playing COD4 sometimes i get a internet connetion error when someone invites me to their thing or sometimes it just says host ended game when im playing outta no where and other times it just freezes and it just says internet error n goes off other times when im trying to get in a game it just takes me out and alot of people have been having this problem with the ps3 network PS3 has the worse internet connection for gaming online my friends told me so and i didnt listen back in november when i was about to buy it i guess sometimes you just gotta learn things the hard way but im trying to trade it for a xbox and i hear this that you have to pay even if you have internet to play online with your friends and random people i rather stay with my PS3 lol if its like that which is free to play online with anyone.. anyway some1........ help...... me..... please lol..im realy confused and lost.. or should i keep my PS3 as a blu-ray player and wait for december and get an XBOX360
A: Yes, you have to pay 50 dollars a year to play an xbox 360 online (xbox live) You can either buy an xbox live card at a store or play with a credit card via your 360. You cannot access any games online play on the 360 without first signing up for xbox live. Me personally i love my ps3's online, i think it might be your router or modem acting up.
