Q: Hey, I have an Xbox 360 Elite, about 7 months old (got it last Christmas), and I'm experiencing some pretty big problems with its Video. When I turn my Xbox on, one of two things happens: -Everything turns on, looking normal, but after 1-5 mins of doing anything, serious color distortion starts to appear (mostly red replacing other colors). The audio is not affected. -I turn my Xbox on, and a bunch of little strips of the startup thing (the big sphere) flash, then everything goes black and stays that way. The weird thing is, the audio is unaffected, and I do not get the red lights that signalize a cable failure. The second of the two happens much more often, the first usually happening only the first time I've used it after it's been inactive for a while. This has been happening since about the start of the summer, but I've been away for about 6 weeks so I really didn't have much of a chance to use it or check it out. If anyone knows what the problem is, or has encountered this before, please help me out here- I really miss my Xbox! PS: Please don't tell me to send it into Microsoft, because that is what I plan to do if no other solution appears anyways.
