A: well first if it rrood 12 and 4 controllor light on your xbox is red then thats rrood 4 sure yes u do have a warranty all xboxs has 3 year warranty for the rrod and the xbox any problem whats so ever controllor cables has a one year warranty what u do you call 1800-4my-xbox if u dont know how put letter in phone then have your mom do it matter afact let your mom do all the info part to make sure u get right adress and extra they send you box and u get a paper inside how to pack it bla bla and then u hva eyour mom drop it off at a ups store or a fedex what ever it comes from
