Q: i was playing skate on my 360 and talking to my friend on xbox live but then something came up saying that something needs to be downloaded and when that happened it disconnected me from the chat. so i clicked yes and it started downloading bu now when i try to play it freezes at the loading screen. could it have downloaded wrong? and how do i remove it?
A: Sounds like the download was corrupted somehow. You can delete the downloaded portion of the game by going to the System blade (far right) and choosing the storage selection. This lets you go through the hard drive and choose things for deletion - including save files and other bits. To be safe, delete everything from Skate - including, unfortunately, your save file. Then start up the game again. It should tell you it needs to go download an update and hopefully it'll work this time. If not, you'll have to call the company (not Microsoft) and ask for support as it sounds as though their update broke their game on your 360.
