Q: One day i was playing call of duty 4 and my sister accidently pulled the power cable and my console red ringed for a second, after that no call of duty will play on my console. Every other game works but when i put in my call of duty it comes up with the white screen that says put disc into xbox 360 console even though i am. I took it over a friends and he has me try his call of duty thats in perfect condition and it wont work in my xbox but it works in his... I think i fried my game and my xbox somehow please help. I've tried deleting all the data and everything on the hard drive but it still hasn't worked
A: I think that I've heard of a problem like this. Did you try deleting all of the Call of Duty files off of your Xbox hard drive? I doubt that there's anything wrong with your game disc and the fact that your friend's disc won't work either says that the problem lies in your Xbox. Since your Xbox can play other games then the problem must lie with the save files for Call of Duty. It can't hurt. Give it shot.
