Q: just set up xbox live but my headset doesn't work...whenever i talk into it the little speaker symbol comes up but i cant hear anyone..the volume is up and it should be working any ideas what is wrong?
A: I had this when I fist got my xbox too. Go to the Dashboard and go all the way right to system then to family settings then xbox live controls then privacy and friends then voice and text then set it to everyone. Hope this helps.
