Q: i tried returing the xbox360 (i have 2 year warrenty) and they said to call the support and stuff but they wont send a box? doesnt circuit city have to take it since i have a two year warrenty for thier store? i only had it for like 3 months and the xbox live doesnt work
A: CCA (circuit city advantage) covers anything that xbox does not cover while it has the manufactuer coverage but once the xbox one dies then CCA picks up all the slack. so for the first year it goes to xbox for stuff they cover. if it is not a defect then it goes to CCity.
