Q: just froze for the 3rd time since ive got it. i got it back in february this year and it froze on me like 4 months after i got it while i was playing online and then froze on me last month while playing halo 3 again and just froze on me right now while playing madden 09 on franchise mode. it also has the falcon chip and should i be worried for the rrod for the people that say u shouldve got a ps3, i already have one the 60gb ps3 and also a nintendo wii. actually i havent opened my xbox 360 and have taken very good care of it and has plenty of breathing space
A: unfortunately Falcon mother board is not RROD free its rate of failure is about 10% of course its better then the old ones the Zypher was like 95% rate failure but if it starts freezing frequently then the RROD is sooner to hit I'm really sorry to tell you that but its the truth thats why they have been working on the Jasper witch they assume it has a failure rate of 0.5% HOPEFULLY cause I had the RROD and fixed it my self and its back again after 5 months and now its completely Dead and I'm waiting for Jasper mother board witch should be out in late September
