Q: When I plug it in, it says "Do not disconnect", but it doesn't show up as a media source. It's a 5th generation. However, my sisters Ipod works and hers is a 6th generation. Is mine too old to work with it or something? A: if it wont work then you can connect the xbox with the computer and it will find itunes and it will work hope i helped
