Q: His account was hacked and thousands of points bought on my credit card. Anyway my credit card company cancelled these transactions straightaway, but Microsoft locked the account and are still unable to unlock it. They keep saying we need to give you codes for the remainder of your subscription but we don't know when these will be available just be patient!!! Yeah tell that to a 10 year old. Has anyone else encountered this and how long did it take to sort out the live account. Thanks. I think he did give his password etc out to these emails that promise 10000 points.
A: Yeah this happened my friend!I would try make a new acount dont tell him the password and you put it in where needed also I wouldnt put your credit card details on the account just buy the points in a store and only sign in to official game websitesxbox.com etc.
