Q: Every 20-30 seconds my XBOX controller disconnets, I have 3 bars left of battery life so why is this happening? Thanks
A: In order to alleviate the problem, I would try two different things. 1) Replace the batteries or plug it into your 360 to charge it back up. Give it a couple of hours and then unplug to your controller and try it. If the controller still disconnects, try number 2. 2) Resync your controller to your system. There is a small button on the front of your controller (facing the TV) that is your controller sync button. On the 360, there is a white button that you can press at the same time to sync your controller to your system. Try number 1 first, and if that doesn't work, try number 2. Good luck!
