Q: I am going to be buying a new elite and i was wondering when the new jasper motherboards would be in the new systems and will they be in the elite consoles and how would i go about finding one. I thought i heard something about the new jaspers coming out this month. thanks in advance.
A: Jaspers are coming out within a few weeks. I'm not sure if they will be in the elites just yet. My guess would be no, that they would just be in the 60gb pro. I think this because its rumored(by a reliable source) that in early september when microsoft fully switches to the jasper(which as you know costs less to make) there will be significant price cuts.
