Q: the error code is 0020 can this be fixed easily without costing alot of money i bought it for like $20 on ebay is MS microsoft
A: If you send it to MS they will charge you $70 to fix it or replace it for free if it can't be fixed. Send it to them. Don't trust other ppl or stores in where they fix it. They might make it worse.
