Q: My Xbox broke. I called them and I he told me he wold e-mail me the shpping label but I would need to provide my own box. Is this correct?
A: no, I have gone thru that twice, and they always sent me a box...make sure this is legit! The correct U.S. number is like 1-800-4-my-xbox (i think) Check their website for it and just call them again (even if # is the same) to double check!
