Q: They ask about my Information the thing I don't get is they were going to email me a lable to print that out what do I do with that Lable Also They said they were giong to mail the box by UPS. A: I havn't personally experienced this, but i've read about stuff like that, and pretty much they are giving you absalute free shipping to send your xbox to them to be fixed. (and you don't even have to pay for the box to ship it in!!) You'll probably get a box in the mail, when you get that put your xbox in it, and put the label that you print out on top, along with a return address (like you do when sending any other mail). Take it to your local post office and you can ship it there.
