Q: ok so these last couple of days ive been getting 1 red light when ever i turn on my 360 and it shows an error messege , i turn it off then on again and it shows up again, then i keep turning it on and off and then itll finally work on like the 5th try, i still have the insurance so you guys think theyll take it back and give me a new one? i mean the 360 still works but you have to turn it on and off for like 5 times until it starts working
A: I've had that, had it recurring for a day. What you can try is: 1) Unplug all the cables for it. Unplug them from the wall and 360 (360 is cable-less and free to move around) 2) Stand your 360 vertically on a wood floor, so it can breath (not on carpet) 3) Leave it there for a day 4) Plug it back in and switch on to try again. The Red Light should not come back Worked for me, never had the red light since. If it worked, it will never come back for you either
