Q: My Xbox 360 has just started to freeze often in the middle of games and now when i turn it on it shows a grey screen while i can hear the xbox 360 intro. Once in a while it will flash a red light (the light is in the bottom right of the power button) is this the "Red light of death"? I have checked with xbox.com and my warranty has run out. Can i still get my Xbox repaired? Please give suggestions on what to do if you have experienced the same problem or similar problems. -Thanks musta i dont know what is wrong with it i was asking all of you
A: mine got the same, theres a few ways u can fix it, you can wrap it in a towel and turn it on and let it over heat for about an hour then upwrap it turn it off and wait aanother hour and turn it back on, for more on that search up" ring of death towel fix" or something like that. it stopst for a about a day, but i did that and got tired of haveing to wait so long, so i had to turn my x-box in to some ppl and they will send u a new one for free, it takes about 3 weeks but its worth it, uve gotta call them first and thell tell u what to do, sorry idk the number hope this helps
