Q: I'm looking to buy a Microsoft Xbox 360 soon but I was a little concerned about the ""RROD"... what do I when if and when that happens? And after how long of using that Xbox for an average amount of game-play time will the RROD appear??? (I'm in England, UK) And also, how many times can you give it back to Microsoft to "fix" for free???
A: The RROD is nowhere near as common as it's made out to be. Usually, it's due to overheating because of bad placement. If you do get it, Microsoft will take care of it, free of charge. Don't listen to the PS3 propaganda, all the good PS3 games are on the 360 (often with extra stuff, ahem, GTA IV) and all the good 360 games are, well, on the 360, besides, all the things the PS3 is known for (six-axis, motion, avatars, etc) have been stolen from the Wii (for some) and the 360 (for others).
