Q: If you copy an xbox 360 game and don't play it on xbox live, can they still find you and throw you in jail??
A: they cant catch you because without a connection there is nothing to look for. and if you do play it online odds are they cant catch you. but if they do sense it as a hack you will probably just get banned for a period of time. and if you can get the copied game to work then congrats. you should be fine.
