A: Maybe you should check if the recahargable batteries are broken. You should also check the controller, Charge and Play cord, or the 360's usb ports if any of them aree broken. If they are, then you should exchange the broken item for a brand new item if you kept the case, box, and/or receipt and remember where you bought the item at. Hope this helps.
