Q: my gta iv game works fine until packie calls me and then when i answer it there is no one on the other line and then i get a "disk unreadable" error message, what is the problem, and do i need a disk replacement?
A: You might just be unlucky enough to get a scratch that certain part of that disc. Try cleaning it of with some rubbing alcohol to remove the smudges if it still doesnt wok the look at your local gaming stores for a disc cleaner to remove the scratches.
