Our Thoughts on the Level of Engagement:

Formatting options are clear, and the interface is visually attractive. It’s easy to create, search, organize, and review notes.

The Support Level for Microsoft OneNote is about a 2 out of 5.

It’s oddly difficult to get more information about how to use OneNote from within the app; any help or new information has to come from a browser window — to which the user will have to navigate without a hyperlink.
