Some Things To Keep In Mind

Parents need to know that Flow Free: Bridges is a slightly easier version of the fun, colorful puzzle app Flow Free. On both, players connect matching colored dots by swiping a finger between each dot to create a “pipe.” Gameplay in the two apps is nearly identical, except on this version the bridges allow players to connect the colors “over” one another wherever there is a little white marker on the board that symbolizes a bridge. Players can share high scores via the Game Center social network, but participation is optional. Flow Free: Bridges is a simple puzzle app that won’t frustrate while encouraging players to think.

Our Thoughts on the Level of Engagement:

Gameplay here is easier than on Flow Free, which makes it more engaging for younger kids or kids who found Flow Free too difficult. In this version, the bridges connect colors more easily.

The Support Level for Flow Free: Bridges is about a 3 out of 5.

The bridges and hints help reduce frustration. Data includes levels, size of board, number of “flows,” percentage of pipes connected, and number of moves. Labels are available for color blind players.
