Q: I want to buy it but i dont know if it is better on pc or xbox
A: Every game that has both a console and PC is version is always better on PC. You get better controls, mods, better graphics, and the updates are almost always free. Also, Team Fortress 2 (one of the games in the Orange Box) has gotten and is getting in the future a ton of free updates that the Xbox 360 is not getting. Already the PC version has like seven more maps, two more game types, and nine more weapons than the Xbox 360 version.
