A: Lexi, I answered your other question about 30 or 40 minutes ago then I got off my computer to do other things. When I came back on I saw this question. I think that the reason you are having problems is because you need to download and install drivers for your video card. Read what it says under DxDiag Notes, Display Tab 1. In your last question, I told you where to go to find out what the name of your video card is if you cannot get the name from dxdiag. Please read my answer to your last question and then either edit this question or that one. Also, though I noticed that it says you only have 446 MG of Ram. Is that the amount you always had? Or did your Dad take away some ram? That's a very low amount for running sims 2, but if it's what you always had and it worked, then it must be good enough. I just saw your other question and you picked my answer as best answer so that means that you cannot edit that question. But it seems you are still having problems. What did my other answer help you to figure out? I ask because your dxdiag results above state that you need to download and install drivers for your video card still. Have you actually done that already? If so, I don't know why dxdiag would state what it does. :-( I'm just so confused about what's going on. I still want to help, but I'm going to have to wait for you to edit your question and let me know what you've already done I guess.
