Q: I think it's called a "dead pixel" or something. There's only one, and it bugs me. It doesn't go away when I touch it. I've had my DS for about a year. Will the company fix it for free? I haven't been rough with it or anything.
A: Generally there has to be like 7 before they will fix it. It depends on the policy of the place where you got it.
