A: To Capture a driftloon,you have to go at Valley Windworks on a friday morning,this is important it must be a friday morning(so try tomorrow) and don't go about changing your time cause it would reset the master clock and you would have to wait another 24 hours for it to work(which will be too late).He should be in front of the building,he should be lv 22 or so,good luck catching!
