Q: What are the consequenses/benifits from either?
A: This is for XBox. If you kill Playboy you only get $25,000, which isn't that much money. Also, Playboy will NOT become your friend. If you kill Dwayne you get Playboy's old apartment (which becomes a new save spot), the costume from GTA III, and Dwayne becomes your friend, which will allow you to call him and have him send a car with two gangsters in it to protect you. Killing Dwayne gets you no money. It is also a more difficult mission than killing Playboy - which should tell you that it is more worth it.
