Q: OK so my togepi is level 45 now. Ive been going to The pokemon league and raising it from level 18 using exp.share. WHAT DO I DO. and i cant seem to evolve any of these baby pokemons. Even my eevee. ANYONE HELP PLEASE?!?!?! THANKS!
A: Well it still sounds like that you need to make your Togepi more happy. And anyway, I hate to say this but if you have just had it hold EXP share all the time and never battle with Togepi, this isn't going to make Togepi happy. Try these techniques to increase Togepi happiness : 1. Give Togepi lots of vitamins - iron, protien, ect... 2. Keep Togepi in your party as he would bond with you that way. 3. Let Togepi hold soothe bell item. 4. Give Togepi a massage at the Ribbon Syndacite 5. Make Togepi battle with you. To avoid your Togepi from hating you, avoid these : 1. Let Togepi faint continueous in battle 2. Let Togepi eat bitter tasting herbs, ect... If you want to know how much your Togepi likes you, go the Footprint's House near the Hotel which is below Velistone City. He will award your Togepi with a Footprint ribbon if Togepi seems to like you. Remember, these techniques also work with Eevee and any other Pokemon that you're trying to make happy. Good luck!
