A: first, how badly was it broken? If it was bad, then you should feel remorse for screwing this kid and taking advantage of him/her. If you don't, then you are a horrible human being. If it wasn't too bad, then that's not a low price. A used PSP in GOOD condition is a little over $100. AND with electronics, most of the cost is in the screen. Unless the damage was a little scratch or nick, I think $45 is way too much.
