Q: I want to get GTA IV, but don't know what system to buy. Opinion is split - I suppose this is because 'better' is an ambiguous term and it is therefore safe to assume that both are good at what they do?
A: Well they are both very similar but to me its all dependant on your money situation. If you can afford to spend money for the PS3 and are a hard gamer then you defiantly would want it on the PS3. But if you want to go for the cheaper approach then you cannot tell much different on a Xbox 360, same game, same missions similar graphics. I have it on Xbox 360 and my friend on PS3 and there ain't much difference, only the price that's paid. But all and all the PS3 is a better console and if you like Killzone or Metal Gear Solid then you should get a PS3 if you can afford it. Also i hear but it isn't true that apparently the Xbox version of GTA IV lags a bit, and slightly slower but i havent seen it yet so i put it down to a PS3 gamer stirring stuff. But i do believe the PS3 to be better, if i was a solid gamer I would splash the cash on a PS3 so maybe i will someday. By the way GTA IV is immense.
