A: I'm not sure if you are referring to case that does or does not belong to you. If you're looking at one that doesn't belong to you and your looking to get at whatever is in it then you're going to need to either pick the case, or cast an unlock spell on it and then open it and take the item. Make sure NO ONE is looking! Otherwise they'll see you committing your crime. If you're talking about some random display case in your house or something, then it doesn't really have any real function beyond open and close. You can however place some items in the case to decorate :D Oh and the sword racks are terribly hard to put and keep a weapon in, don't even bother with it unless you want a headache.
