Q: I know I definitely have a warranty on it but my mum has lost the reciet. Is it still possible to send it off to sony? And how much would that cost? It's the laser and the analog stick that are broken.
A: send it to sony. It might cost a bit, but if you have the receipt they might send you a new one!!
