Q: i have a ps3 60g and i bought a ps3 wireless guitar and guitar hero III but when i put the guitar hero disk for 1 & 2 for the ps2 the wireless guitar is not reconized at all
A: the PS3 wireless controller for gh3 won't work with the original guitar hero games because the PS3 backwards compatibility shuts down the controller connection. there is a PS3/PS2 controller connector by pelican that can use a PS2 guitar controller for only guitar hero 1 for around $20-$30. Sony makes a connector, but it doesn't work with PS2 guitar controllers. I recommend playing guitar hero 1 and 2 with the PS2.
