A: Yes, you can play with two guitars, although most of the time one will be the lead guitar while the other is the bass guitar. Also, if you are using a 360, you don't exclusively need a Rock Band guitar in order to play. A Guitar Hero controller will work just as well. Not so for the PS3. You will need another Rock Band guitar.
