Q: i recently bought a PSP slim, some days had passed and i didn't actually haven't noticed it, but my psp doesn't have Skype! my friend have updated my firmware to the latest which is 3.90 m33-3 but i guess this has nothing do to with this... help?!
A: Meg M is right, Skype doesn't come with 3.90 fw. You do have the latest custom firmware avaliable though. So your options are to upgrade your firmware to 3.95 or 4.00 from Sony (meaning getting rid of custom firmware, which i wouldn't recommend) or you can wait until DarK-Alex and team M33 come out with a new custom firmware. Watch http://dark-alex.org/ to see when they come out with a new version. Check out google on how to update, because with 3.80 or so upwards you can just use network update(or whatever the normal update thing on the psp is, i dont quite remember) to update your custom firmware. Also, to use Skype you have to buy a special headset. Just so you know.
