Q: look i just updated my psp with the new 3.93 firmware (is not a custom firmware) and i just found a PSP (slim) Emolator for the GBA (Game Boy Advance) but its said its works for the 3.71 mm3, is it bad if i downgrade my psp to a 9.39 to a 3.71
A: no it will not be bad. but you might not be able to play some of the "newer" PSP games. I have downgraded mine and it will not let me play Final Fantasy Crisis Core. I hope this helps and please put me as best answer
