Q: I wanna know info on it is it esay to do what happens if i mess up if i break it will nintendo fix it where can if find a pro to do it for me
A: Well, it isn't too hard if you are confident about opening something electronic. There are only a few screws, and it only takes about 15-20 minutes to open it up completely. (It gets quicker with practice) If you are considering trying it yourself, here is an excellent video tutorial that will help you decide whether you want go for it or not. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRzTgfo2PsM&eurl=http://www.nds-central.com/ If you think that's easy, and you decide to go ahead with it, use this search on eBay: http://search.ebay.com/ds-lite-shell They generally range from 25-50 US dollars, depending on the color. Triforce Gold shells, for example, tend to be more expensive since technically they are Limited Edition, and you can't get them any more. MAKE SURE you get a "tri-wing" screwdriver with your kit. You will need one to open Nintendo's special screws. (If you don't get one with your kit, you'll have to purchase one separately.) If you mess up, well, worst case, you'll have a dead or damaged DS Lite on your hands. In my own experience, DS Lites are pretty durable, so it shouldn't be a problem if you are careful. If you do break it, and it's still under warranty, carefully reassemble it and call Nintendo. Disassembling your DS isn't covered under warranty, but they will probably repair it anyway. I've never really had a problem with Nintendo's customer support, they are nice and will probably help you out, but I can't guarentee it. If it is NOT under warranty, it will cost 75 bucks to repair, 85 to replace. Finally, I repair/mod DS Lites, so if you want me to help, well, let me know. Hope this helps.
